National Institute of Technology, Srinagar a technical institute of national importance located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology established in 1960 as one of several Regional Engineering Colleges established as part of the Second Five Year Plan (1956–61) by the Government of India. It is governed by the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007 which has declared it as an Institute of National Importance, poising for a quantum leap in development of professional education in the country.
Planning and Development Wing (P&D Wing) looks after entire Estates of the institite and is responsible for new Infrastructual Development.

1: Renovation of Existing Structures.
2: Construction of new Structures to cater present & future demands.

1: Mega Hostel (G+5) 1000 beded.
2: Guest House (G+5) 50 rooms.
3: Auditorium (1000 Seated).
4: Girls Hostel.
